PLEASE NOTE: as is usual with Gorilla Rep shows, we will be moving briskly about the park area as we perform so

PLEASE LEAVE YOUR BEACH CHAIRS AND BLANKETS AT HOME. We suggest wearing clothes you feel comfortable sitting on the grass in and a good pair of sneakers. There is parking near and in Ft. Tryon Park, and if you bring your car just park nearby and then walk to the pedestrian entrance to the park. The Ft. Tryon Park entrance is located at the traffic circle where Ft. Washington Avenue meets Margaret Corbin Drive in northern Manhattan.

Call (212) 252-5258 and leave a message with any questions you might have. All shows are FREE OF CHARGE, donations accepted. See you in the park!”

Next, for an August run, playwright Laura Lynn MacDonald has created a new adaptation/translation of Ibsen's wild fairytale PEER GYNT that Gorilla Rep will offer with masks and puppets on and around Central Park's Summit Rock.

William Shakespeare's JULIUS CAESAR is planned for September, times and location to be announced.
